About Marsha

I’m an International Coaching Federation Professional Coach with 20+ years of executive leadership experience in Administration, Communications, and Organizational Change Management. I understand the pressures of leadership—because I’ve lived them—and how a leader’s thoughts and actions ripple through culture, performance, and the well-being of everyone around them.

I have also taught Yoga and Meditation, operated two Yoga schools, and witnessed the transformative power of inner connection on my career journey. I want to bring that same balance and resilience into leadership, and coaching is the bridge—integrating clear thinking with self-awareness to help leaders cultivate clarity and confidence from the inside out.

My deepest purpose is to serve others and to contribute to a more peaceful world. This crystallized during my 25+ years teaching Yoga and Meditation under the guidance of my Teacher—an embodiment of love and generosity.

Every student who entered our Yoga studios trusted us with something precious: their vulnerability. Yes – they sought physical health. They also sought something more and allowed us to guide them to connect within, where true clarity and perspective reside and where peace begins.

I believe we all seek lives of meaning. My own varied path and my coaching clients have shown me that regardless of career choice, job title, or walk of life, the question is often the same: “Is there a better way?”

These experiences have taught me that resilience isn’t just bouncing back from challenges—it’s the capacity to learn and move through them with grace and wisdom. This is what I bring to every coaching relationship: the understanding that sustainable leadership begins from within, and that our greatest strength comes from the courage to be honest, be vulnerable, and be grounded.
